Directly west of the temple is a memorial garden to Joseph and Hyrum as they rode past the temple for the last time on their way to Carthage Jail. Here are some of the pictures we took there.
It was a beautiful day when we took these pictures. We had taken some pictures a few days earlier but the sky was overcast so we couldn’t see the temple very well. We came back when the sky was blue and were very well rewarded.
